The Gloucester 50+ Centre invites seniors 50 years of age and over to join our growing membership. Located in the Pat Clark Community Centre, the Centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The Centre offers various activities that cover a wide span of interests, special events, outings and so much more.
Kanata Seniors Centre

The Kanata Seniors’ Centre is owned and operated by the City of Ottawa. The Centre provides facilities and programs for seniors in Kanata.
Nepean Seniors Center

The Centre’s ever-changing list of activities and programs have been the result of comments and suggestions submitted by our members to the Volunteer Management Board who, in turn, works with the Program Coordinator, who is a City of Ottawa staff member.
Churchill Seniors Recreation Centre

The Centre offers a wide range of recreation programs for adults aged 50 and over. The centre has a programmed fitness centre, billiards equipment and a lounge. The citywide social program, Food for Thought, is administrated from the Centre. Please contact the facility for an up to date list of guest speakers and social events.
The Good Companions Seniors’ Centre

A non-profit multi-service seniors’ centre, provides opportunities for individuals to participate in social, recreational, educational and volunteer activities and benefit from social and health services. Promotes and supports the well-being, independence and zest for living of seniors and adults with physical disabilities in the greater Ottawa area through providing a congenial, stimulating, visible, accessible, safe and supportive centre, physical facilities and programs, and through providing services to seniors in their own homes.

Heron Road Community Centre and Heron Seniors’ Centre are located in the heart of the community. We offer a wide selection of recreational activities for preschoolers to older adults with dance classes, piano lessons, summer camps, sports, martial arts and fitness classes. Our centre features a full gymnasium, weight and cardio room, several multi-purpose rooms, a kitchen, a state-of-the-art theatre, and plenty of on-site parking. Floor 3 of the centre features an 18 foot long curved mural, Home Is Where the Heart Is.

Friendly Corner is run by the City of Ottawa Public Health department and offers healthy living activities, seminars, and social opportunities for people of all ages. Find Friendly Corner on the lower level of St. Laurent.
RA Seniors Club

The RA offers over 50 member activities including an extensive range of sports, recreation, fitness and leisure for individuals of all ages.
RTO/ERO Social Club

Members of the Retired Teacher’s association meet regularly in room 310. Bridge lessons, bridge club, bilingual choir, local and distant trips. New retired members and guests welcome.
